Refund Policy

All services, products, or purchases are non-refundable.

Service Guarantee

We are dedicated to great quality of service. Certain services within three days of the initial service date will be fixed for no charge. The services that are covered by the service guarantee are at the discretion of the owners of Beauty Nails.

Medical Conditions and Allergens Notice

Beauty Nails is not at fault or responsible for any medical condition or allergic reactions that may have been caused by certain products or items used during said service. Clients are responsible for informing staff of any medical conditions or allergens they may have.

Loss or Stolen Items Notice

Beauty Nails is not at fault or responsible for any lost or stolen items that were brought into the building by clients (e.g. Devices, Jewelry, Wallets, etc.).

Gift Card Policy

Use of gift cards can be redeemed only at Beauty Nails, only if the gift card was bought at Beauty Nails located at 12912 NE HWY 99 Vancouver, WA 98686 USA. Beauty Nails gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, check or credit. Please treat this card like cash; if this card is lost or stolen it will not be replaced. Redeemable only for goods and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on this card. Additional policies may apply and policies are subject to change.
